Daniel Gordon, Brooklyn

Daniel Gordon (b. 1980) gained a Bachelor of Arts from Bard College in 2004, and an MFA from Yale School of Art in 2006.  He has exhibited his photographs in solo exhibitions at Zach Feuer Gallery and Leo Koenig Inc. in New York City and Claudia Groeflin Gallery in Zurich.  He has been included in exhibitions at the CCS Museum at Bard College, Gallery 400 at the University of Illinois, and this year his work was featured in the New Photography Series at the Museum of Modern Art. Gordon is the Author of Portrait Studio (onestar press, 2009) and Flying Pictures (powerHouse Books, 2009). Gordon was recently a Visiting Lecturer in the photography department at Sarah Lawrence College.
